Minimum Continual Progress

The ability to move quickly and easily, while responding to customer motivations, experience and happiness is critical to making your mark.  The days of delaying an activity for bluer skies are over – and often a sign of an organization in decline.  If you cannot continually show progress, challenge your ideas and gather and analyze the data generated from those ideas – you are not standing still, you are falling behind.

Minimal but incremental achievements, decisions supported by data, and the ability to grow and contract team size allows for acceleration.   Projects are now about testing ideas and following the outputs that rendered success – not simply achieving your documented goals.
